After a long battle with Gross Motor Delays, watching Taegan walk for the first time just 3 days after starting Neurologically-Focused Chiropractic Care was enough to make mom cry some serious happy tears!!! 👏🤯🎉
From early 👶🏻 on, Taegan had always been delayed in her Gross Motor and Developmental Milestones. She was late to roll over and couldn’t sit up until 10 months. She didn’t crawl until she was about 14 months. And at almost 2 years old, standing on her own and walking was a HUGE challenge. She was so uncomfortable in free space, and she could only walk with support holding her up. 😣
She also struggled mightily with constipation 💩 and immune challenges. With her neuro-immune system being so out of whack, she was starting to have occasional febrile seizures, which worried mom + dad like none other as well.
For a long time, they did PT for Taegan, but mom said the progress seemed to be very slow. This was because Taegan had even deeper levels of neurological stress 🧠 and dysfunction to address first.
Whether it was walking, talking, sleeping, or pooping… it was like her body know how to do it 💪🏻, but there was all of this interference and incoordination holding her back.
After just a week into care, mom was able to slap a checkmark ✅ next to their BIG HAIRY AUDACIOUS GOAL. Too cute Taegan took OFF with her walking!! 💨
Not only was she standing on her own, taking steps without support, but she started taking full laps around the office… smiling and clapping all along the way! You go girl! 🎊
Mom said, “Her confidence is through the roof! She’s walking, standing in free space, and standing up from the floor. Absolutely incredible!”
And it only gets better – she was now sleeping 💤 through the night, pooping 💩 with ease, and her speech 🗣 started to explode as well! All of her Developmental Milestones were back on track!
We could not be more excited for Taegan and her terrific family. 💙 In the best way possible, it’s going to be hard to keep up with this girl because, look out, she is on the move! 🤩
