Parents usually come to us with a lot of questions.
Can Pediatric Chiropractic care help my child? How does it work? Why has nothing else made a lasting change?
We utilize state of the art technology, backed by science, to help their bodies with the stress and difficulties of daily life.
Has anyone, but you, tried to find out why your child is struggling to begin with?
The first thing that comes to mind when you mention physical stress in a child is the falls and tumbles they take learning to walk and navigate the world, or as they get older and become more daring. However, physical stress usually starts much earlier; research shows, as early as pregnancy and the events around birth.
But physical stress isn’t the only thing that affects our children. The world that our children are growing up in is much more chaotic and demanding of them than it was for us. Their lives are dictated by full schedules, social media, and crappier food. Hence, the overwhelm. You aren’t the only one feeling it. Your kids are, as well.
All of this overwhelm is stress building up, which makes it more difficult for our kids’ bodies to adapt to it and get through the problems. Our poor kiddos nervous system is stuck in park with the foot revving the engine.
How Chiropractic Helps Kids
Most people think that chiropractors just look at the BONES of the spine, and that couldn’t be farther from the truth. We are concerned with your spine because it is what protects your NERVOUS SYSTEM. That is the system that controls everything and is necessary for all information to get to and from your brain. Think of it as a game of telephone. If those messages don’t get sent and received correctly then the body is in a constant state of confusion, just trying its best. When the brain and body are able to hear each other clearly, the body is able to adapt to the environment so much better.
Being able to adapt, or handle our surroundings with ease, is why chiropractic is so beneficial for kids.
