Dr. Sterling is a third generation chiropractor, following in the footsteps of her grandfather, Dr. Sidney, and father, Dr. Shawn. She graduated as a Red Raider (Wreck ‘Em) before returning to school and earning her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University. Fun fact, she is also a Certified Animal Behaviorist!

Having been adjusted within one hour of birth and benefitting from her mama’s chiropractic care through pregnancy, Dr. Sterling has been an advocate for the importance of maintaining comfort and function through pregnancy, after birth and into the beginning years. Dr. Sterling is the only Webster Certified Chiropractor in Killeen and is a member of the Pediatric Experience, the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and the Texas Chiropractic Association. Dr. Sterling is proudly affiliated with Dulce Birthing Center, Lunaria Birth & Wellness and Revolution Birth Services offering in-home or birth center care to established mamas (and of course, baby too!).

It is far easier to raise healthy children than fix a broken adult.
